PB - Initial post

Hey MBC small group leader!  Thanks for stopping by to watch our training videos.  I encourage you to post your thoughts here to things that challenged you, jumped out at you, or seemed crazy to you from the training vides you just watched.  Also feel free to reply to the posts of others.  We are trying to create an online learning environment here that we can all benefit from!
